Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Glandor Health are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

•You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
•Our AI algorithms and technology are proprietary
•User-generated content remains your property
•You grant us license to use your content to improve our services

ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

GLANDOR HEALTH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

• ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, OR PHYSICAL HARM RESULTING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICE
• ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS, FOOD POISONING, OR ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS
• ANY MISUSE OR MISINTERPRETATION OF OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
• ANY INACCURACIES IN OUR AI ALGORITHMS OR DATA
• ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
• ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, LINKS, OR SERVICES
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA
• ANY VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR SECURITY BREACHES
• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR MULTIPLIED DAMAGES AGAINST US.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glandor Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our services or violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any health-related decisions or actions you take based on our recommendations
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements
• Any claims by third parties related to your use of our services

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits
• You waive your right to a jury trial
• Arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, United States
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
• Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees

Termination and Modifications

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Survival

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
